Hello Hello...

 Hello Everyone....It's been a while since I've posted...I've had some life changes over the last 6 months....and I'm trying to get myself back to creating again....mostly for the passion of it...perhaps to make a few dollars...and majorly to fill my time since I've had such a HUGE piece of my life change.

On January 12th, 2022 I lost the love of my life, my soulmate!!  He went onto heaven before me and I miss him so much each and every day!!  But our love was so strong and I'm surrounded by my amazing children and my best friend that I'm finding my path forward!!!  

So I've decided, through alot of amazing support of my BFF, Rita Loyd and my children to put my focus on my passion to create and enjoy!! So here we go!!!!

I thought I would share with you a card I made recently for my oldest granddaughter, Briana Duncan...she graduated from college this past week.....Our family is so very proud of her and wish her all the blessings the Lord has in store for her.....

Here's the adorable card I created for her...

Isn't it cute!! I colored the body parts with my copic markers as well as the hair and the flowers on the label.  I also stamped again the image on scrapbook paper and cut out...then also stamped the boots portion on faux leather and cut the boots out!!  

I used dies to cut the top layer paper and the label .....I had alot of fun creating this and plan to make more....cardmaking has always been my passion to create and I want to get back more into that!!

Wahoooo It’s FRIDAY!!

HELLO HELLO everyone….I hope you’ve all enjoyed a wonderful week and are looking forward to your weekend like I am!! I’m ready to spend the weekend once again in my ARTHaven!!

So through last weekend and this week I have created a couple of REALLY fun files and created pieces to list in my ETSY store as well!! Thought I would show them to you here….

This first one is a Watering Can Welcome Sign….It turned out just as I had envisioned and I’m quite happy with the results…I’ve created 4 different flower designs that can be Engraved/Cut to then color to adhere to the Watering Can…adding the phrase I’ve created…some twine and it’s such a cute Welcome Sign…

So….Don’t you also think they turned out adorable!? I do have these listed in My ETSY Store….

Now…the next piece I’ve created…I will tell you now…is my FAVORITE….this turned out even better than I imagined…….the first set of pics I’m sharing is what the file I’ve designed looks like cut ……then I’ll show you pics of the end results which I’m BEYOND thrilled with!! And as the other….I am offering the Laser Cut file on My ETSY Store as well as a finished piece !!

I am truly in love with this project and quite proud of it…if I must say so myself!!!

It’s Almost Wednesday..

Hey Hey Everyone!! Hope this post finds you all doing wonderful!! I must say I am doing wonderful and have enjoyed alot of time in my ARTHaven as of late and have been just creating away!!!

Created a few items for swaps I’ve been involved with and a few items for My ETSY Store….I’ll start sharing the pieces I created for swaps…..had lots of fun with these….used my Glowforge for the most part….each time I use it I fall in love with it more and more!!

This first piece is for a Window Card swap…..I had ALOT of fun with this…..

Then….my next project was to be a Mini Album……this was made for my best friend and I really wanted to make it special for her…..as she misses her mama so much and speaks about her often….so I made it with that in mind…..

She was so touched by the piece when she received it…

Then….I received an order for a set of Baby Milestone Markers….as a coworker is expecting and there little fella is due to arrive next month……So I worked up these…and Shelby was thrilled with them.

These are awesome to have and can be passed down or gifted for a friend or family member….so I also decided to offer these on My ETSY Store….

Let’s see…..And I created one last project….this was for my grandchildren’s teachers….and one for one of my daughter-in-loves who is a Pre-School teacher……these are really amazing and they were a HUGE hit!!

Hello Hello Everyone….I hope you were able able to enjoy a wonderful weekend!! I know I did…just went by too dang fast!!

I was able to spend some quality time in my ARTHaven working on some things for My ETSY Store…Thought I would share them with you here….I will say I really enjoyed working on them as well…

The first pics I’m sharing are finished pieces…..which I love how they turned out……This piece is truly very special!! We lost my Father in Law a year ago this past October….he was so loved and I just wanted to make something special dedicated to him….I think this piece fits the bill and it would make a perfect gift for someone special in your life or even for yourself as a loving reminder of someone special missed!!

The engraving on this piece is so very pretty!!!! I left the top open so the picture can slide in and out of the frame with ease….and I did put mylar on the inside of the frame adhered to the top layer so any picture will be safe from the elements on the surface of the image. The opening of the picture window measures approx. 5″x7″

The fun thing about the wall display is the Ball jar…I created the file which is a mixture of engraving and then cutting….I then colored of course and took some mylar and cut to the shape of the jar and adhered to the back side of the jar…to give the affect of an actual jar….It really looks pretty cool in person!

This cross turned out so much better then I thought it would…I love how the grey of the “chicken wire” resembles the real thing…LOL And the base layer I stained with a dark stain that is so gorgeous in person!! I love this piece!!

The keys were SO FUN TO MAKE!!! And the adornment of the flowers with the ribbon finish them off perfect!! They make a beautiful set to be displayed together!!

So….am I right? Don’t you think they’re beautiful? If anyone is interested in any of these…I do have them listed in My ETSY Store……and I am able to customize them to work with your color theme in your home or the special someone in your life.

Good Evening Everyone and I hope you’ve all been doing well since your last visit….What a WONDERFUL day this is…..the most magnificent gift we could ever be given!! Jesus Christ has risen and is alive!!! I thank him each and every day for my salvation!!! My family celebrated today and it was so wonderful!!!
